One of the most useful sets of tools in the digital age is the Copy/Paste commands.
These can be accessed in a couple of different ways either by key command or mouse clicks after you've clicked to highlight the desired text.
The basic procedure is as follows:
1) Click, drag, and highlight the desired text
2) Right-click on the URL (web address line) and select COPY
3) Right-click to your email or ticket and select PASTE and this URL (web address) will fill in on your other document, email, or ticket.
Holding both keys at the same time: CTRL + C = Copy
Holding both keys at the same time: CTRL + V = Paste
Right Click. then select Copy
Right Click then select Paste
Click + ... Select Copy
Click + ... Select Paste
