You can copy assignments/modules from one Canvas course to use in another Canvas course.
How to Copy a Module
Begin by navigating to the Canvas course that you want to copy content from.
Go to the modules section of your Canvas course.
You can choose to copy an entire module or an individual assignment/page/quiz.
To copy a module, locate it in your modules and select the 3 dots to the right of the module.
When you click the three dots, a drop-down menu will appear. Select the Copy To option.
Once you have clicked copy to, a sidebar will appear.
In a separate tab, open the course you want to send the content TO. At the top of that destination course, go to the URL (address line at the top of your browser) and COPY just the course number digits. You will then PASTE these into the COPY TO field:
Click the name of the course that populates, then click Copy.
You will receive a message letting you know that the copy has successfully begun.
When the module has completed copying to the course, it will appear in the modules area as the very last module.
