Are you getting a 500 error when you try to log into TalentEd? If so, that means the site can't authenticate you, usually because something is off with the username/email, or you're accidentally trying to log into a part of the site that you don't have access to.
If you use the wrong username/email when trying to log into TalentEd, it will give you the aforementioned 500 error. Depending on when you were hired, the correct email to use will either be your PLI email or your personal email that you have on file in PLI Connect. Try both of those to either log in or send yourself a password reset. If neither works, feel free to put in a helpdesk ticket to ask what your primary email is.
There are multiple parts of TalentEd, shown to the right of the login area. If you're using the right email and still getting the error, there's a possibility you're logging into a section that you don't have access to. Depending on what you're trying to accomplish, you should be able to access either Perform or Records. Before logging in, click either of them before typing in your login credentials to ensure that you're logging into that part of TalentEd.
